Fear of change is dictated to us by nature itself. Here you are in some steady state and suddenly something has changed in the environment. The first thing that turns on is the protection mechanisms, or as I am more impressed — the script “do not understand? “Fight or run”

It is good if our systems can quickly adopt a new parameter, embed it, understand that it threatens neither us nor our goals and act further according to the new introductory ones. And let’s be honest, this is rare. In order to have time to adapt information with such speed and put it into practice, a person has to go through very, very many tests. As a result, he gets not only experience but also clichés, which can later be used both for good and for harm.

Therefore, a person creates traditions — thus securing a state of tranquility, removing tension from the analytical center as much as possible and eliminating the need for explanation and fear. I have often heard the expression “traditional society” — in fact, this society is based on the fact that since childhood we have laid down the categories and rules of the game in this particular case. This is all done in order for the system itself to work properly.

In general, many films contain deeper truths inside, veiled as jokes and jokes. Moreover, this again is logical. Or is it not?

There is another side of the coin that shows itself perfectly in ordinary life.

People hold on to traditions, sometimes not always understanding why they have arisen. There is the concept of fasting — on the one hand, it was partially made, in order to preserve the already scarce reserves before planting and until the first early shoots, so that the cattle could give offspring and in the autumn there was something to be harvested. On the other hand, there is a partial recovery procedure. After a hard winter meal, you prepare the body for lighter and more powerful energy so that you can plow all day, without a feeling of heaviness in the stomach.

In the old days, you could not go to the store or to the market and buy fresh vegetables and greens. Including grown in greenhouses and without them. This I can tell you as a resident from a very extreme North. And now — if you want to eat right, be prepared for the fact that the system of body reserves will still work (so as not to get cold) and as soon as it gets cold — you will want more food and it will become harder.

Suppose it passed. It will take many years, even several generations, for this protection system to stop working. Therefore, this tradition has a place to be and now and until that will not be completely destroyed. Everything is done according to the mind.

And now turn to other things — family traditions.

They allow us to maintain the very stability no matter what. They form a “safe haven” for which we can cling during periods of storms in our lives. Even if from all participants of the tradition you are left alone. You can continue it. Or build a new one. Again, it takes years to build a tradition, even if it concerns children who are not yet connected in any way. You create patterns of behavior in the family and most likely have heard the phrase more than once: “in our family, it is so accepted”. Tradition must be accepted. Perhaps not always with full approval. And over time, the attitude towards it will change. Children will grow up and they will have children and children of children. Traditions will support unity in the family, even if there is no such unity in various issues. (and so often there is)

So, the narrative has been delayed, so let’s try to smooth it a little.

There is a group of people that not simply like history, but reconstructing some parts of it. (I am not talking about fantasy fans, they like to play in another universe and want to live there — just in case). They want to feel the same that was many centuries ago in their countries. Most of them are fond of knights novels, but after several years of studying most of them discover, that not all the things were so polite and romantic as in novels. After all, they can find that jester was a Wiseman for a king, who can say the things in the clearest way and not be killed. That is one of the ways to explore the tradition of ancient times, but let us imagine that modern social behavior will transform into that ancient behavior.

In about a week or even less, almost the entire modern technogenic world will turn into an anarchic state and take over the power methods of working with the population. I can not guarantee that now it will not touch the same East, which is initially positioned as a society built on traditions. Believe me, their traditions also grew from scratch and there are a lot of dark places.

Nevertheless, they will immediately recall the traditions of their ancestors, who helped control life in those times (we somehow survived to modern times) and the story will come out on another spiral. Anarchy itself will not last long. There will always be a leader and not even one who will unite the people around them. And here is the question of what traditions he will have and how he will lead the people.

Therefore, I propose to enjoy the fact that there is, to say words of gratitude to your ancestors who created traditions in your family and state. Bad they are for you now or extremely good. It all depends on you and on time. In any case, in your hands to create new and modify old ones.
