Is It Better To Hire A Professional For Your Personal Brand?

When you are a novice in the field of social media and its marketing and management, you might be suggested to hire a professional.

What a professional has is knowledge and years of experience which they apply to all clients.

With differentiation regarding the niche targeted, the remaining expertise applied stays the same.

I was recently asked a question by a fellow strategist, who was creating his client’s personal brand-

How many months to get recognized and how much money needs to be spent, on the ad budget for his client to turn into a Linkedin ‘celebrity’.

The answer is pretty simple.

There’s no guaranteed time period that will get you results.

It can take weeks, months, or years!

There is no magic wand!

Some of my clients are hyperactive and love to share stories and engage whereas others are laid back and totally reliant on me.

Of course, the results differ.

Moreover, you need to be consistent with quality and regular.

Plus, ENGAGE!

As far as the ad budget goes, I haven’t stepped foot into paid marketing yet so I wouldn’t be the best advisor.

Personal brands are not created overnight! You need to put in time and effort.
